Terry fitness boost for England

John Terry handed England manager Roy Hodgson a welcome boost after he came through training unscathed on Monday.
Hodgson has seen Terry's Chelsea team-mate Ashley Cole pull out of the squad with an ankle injury following Andy Carroll's withdrawal last week.
However, Terry looks to have recovered from a neck injury after playing a full part in training at England's London Colney base on Monday ahead of the World Cup qualifying double header against Moldova and Ukraine.
Terry, who has not played since picking up the problem against Newcastle last month, showed no signs of impediment as he headed several balls during the session.
