Wilshere back in full training for Arsenal

Arsenal have confirmed that midfielder Jack Wilshere has resumed full training, the first time he has joined in with the first-team squad in more than a year.
Wilshere missed the whole of last season and has remained absent for the start of the current campaign with a foot injury. The last time he played for the Gunners was in May 2011.
"We are so pleased that Jack is back in full training," manager Arsene Wenger told the club's official website. "It's been 14 months and that's a long time for someone at his age. It's an eternity, but it's great news.
"We have to give him a few training sessions to see how he copes and responds to it. That's the delicate, sensitive stage - to choose when to bring him in and out.
"We'll have to handle that day-by-day."
The good news for Wenger was two-fold, with Emmanuel Frimpong also returning to full training this week after being sidelined since February with a cruciate ligament injury.
The midfielder sustained the injury while on loan at Wolves last season.
Wenger added: "We also have Emmanuel Frimpong who has returned to full training this week, which is great news as well.
"Emmanuel has also been out a long time, but is progressing well."
