Arsenal goalkeeper Vito Mannone has denied rumours that he is on his way out of the club.

Mannone, 24, is said to have attracted interest from Napoli after impressing this season while deputising for the injured Wojciech Szczesny.

Reports have also suggested that the Italy Under-21 international's contract is set to expire at the end of the season, with the north London club unprepared to offer him a new deal.

However, Mannone insists he is going nowhere and is happy with life at Emirates Stadium.

"I want to make it clear, because there have been unfounded rumours, that my contract is not ending in 12 months,'' Mannone told Arsenal's official website.

"I've got a few more years and I'm happy to be at Arsenal right now. I'm looking at the present and my future is not in doubt. I want to stay at Arsenal as long as I can, I don't want to move to any other club.''

Mannone, who joined Arsenal from Atalanta in 2005, has made seven appearances for the Gunners this season.
