France midfielder Yann M'Vila has been banned ''from any national team" until after the 2014 World Cup after breaking a curfew.

M'Vila has been hit the hardest and banned from Monday to June 30 2014, as the French FA made an example out of five of their Under-21 players who went to a Paris nightclub just days before the second leg of France Under-21s' Euro 2013 play-off in Norway.

Wissam Ben Yedder, Antoine Griezmann, Chris Mavinga and M'baye Niang received the same sanction until December 31, 2013.

Rennes coach Frederic Antonetti suspended the Renns pair, M'Vila and Mavinga, on October 19 after a discussion with the club's president Frederic de Saint-Sernin, and the sporting director, Pierre Dreossi.

They were banished to the reserves while serving the suspension but have since returned to the first-team.
