Celtic manager Neil Lennon is particularly keen to avoid being drawn against Manchester United or Borussia Dortmund in the knockout phase of the Champions League.

The draw for the last-16 will take place on Thursday at 10.30am, with Celtic eagerly awaiting their fate after they finished as runners-up in Group G.

Lennon is expecting a tough test regardless of the opponents but has earmarked Sir Alex Ferguson's United and Bundesliga champions Dortmund as ties to avoid.

"Every one of them's a quality side," Lennon told BBC Radio 5 Live. "I'd like to avoid maybe Manchester United and Dortmund.

"But, whoever we get, we'll take - we're really looking forward to it and excited about it."
