Wilfried Zaha is poised to complete a £15 million transfer from Crystal Palace to Manchester United by Saturday, according to reports.

Zaha, 20, has been strongly linked with a January move to the Premier League, with United and Arsenal mooted as interested parties.

Speaking on Tuesday, though, Wenger said his side were "never" in for the youngster, paving the way for the Red Devils to tie up a deal.

It is claimed, by the BBC among others, that the forward, who has one England cap to his name, has agreed a five-and-a-half-year contract at Old Trafford but will be loaned back to Palace for the remainder of the season.

United will, according to reports, pay £10 million up front for his services, with the fee potentially rising to £15 million depending on performance-related bonuses.
