Edinson Cavani claims he is in the dark with regard to talk of a possible move to Arsenal in the summer.

The Uruguay centre forward is one of the hottest properties in world football and has been persistently linked with a move away from Napoli.

The Serie A club have so far stood firm in the face of the transfer talk, but reports suggest he could be on the move in the summer.

Real Madrid have also been linked with a bid, while Gunners boss Arsene Wenger confirmed his interest in the stiker last month - despite his release clause of a whopping £54 million flying in the face of the Frenchman's policy.

"I know nothing about Arsenal's interest," Cavani told Radio Onda Cero. "I have only heard about it now."

Dangling a carrot in front of Spanish giants Real and Barcelona, Cavani said: "I have a contract for four years but in football you never know what to expect. Barcelona and Real Madrid are teams which stimulate the imagination. But I am only thinking about the present.

"I'm living the highest point of my career with Napoli and I want to concentrate on fighting for the scudetto."
