Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has made peace with Jose Bosingwa after holding clear-the-air talks with the full-back.

Bosingwa, 30, was fined £100,000 by Redknapp earlier this season for refusing to sit on the substitutes bench against Fulham, while he has not made an appearance for the club for two months.

Despite the player's previous indiscipline, the former Spurs boss insists it is all in the past and the Portuguese may even be in line for a return to the squad for Saturday's trip to Swansea.

"I've had a chat with Jose and as far as I'm concerned the matter is closed. It's time to draw a line and all pull together," he said in The Sun.

Meanwhile, QPR's fears that striker Loic Remy could miss up to two months with a groin injury have eased. He may now be fit in time to face Manchester United on February 23 after scans showed only minimal damage.
