Injured Borini out for season
Fabio Borini will miss the rest of the season after he suffered a suspected dislocated shoulder in Liverpool's thumping 5-0 Premier League win over Swansea.
Borini, who has already missed a large chunk of the campaign after fracturing his foot in October, landed heavily late on after an aerial challenge, leaving Liverpool with ten men for the closing stages.
The Italian, signed from AS Roma for a fee of £11 million, was part of Chelsea's youth system and also played for Swansea City, before he moved back to Italy in 2011.
After their victory Brendan Rodgers said of Borini: "He will probably be out for the season. It looks like he has dislocated his shoulder."
