Everton's Marouane Fellaini has reiterated his desire to play Champions League football, confirming he would be interested in joining Chelsea next season.

Fellaini has long been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, and admits the temptation of playing in Europe's elite club competition has crossed his mind.

However, the 25-year-old midfielder insists he will not force a move away from Goodison Park, where he has starred for the Toffees since his transfer from Standard Liege in 2008.

"Am I interested in Chelsea? It's normal, right? I've never played in the Champions League," Fellaini is quoted as saying in the Daily Mirror.

"I'm happy here, I know everyone, I get along with my team-mates. It's my home. On the other hand, I also want to take the next step. Fate will decide.

"Everton paid £20 million and do not want to sell me for nothing. If a big club wants me, they will have to pay the price."

Fellaini has scored 11 goals in 24 matches for Everton this season, with his performances evidently garnering interest from some of the Premier League's biggest clubs.
