Porto defender Eliaquim Mangala has expressed his delight that both Manchester United and Tottenham are keen to bring him to the Premier League.

The 22-year-old has been in impressive form for the Portuguese outfit this season, and is already being tipped as one to watch following his displays in the Champions League.

According to reports, United and Tottenham are keeping a close eye on the Frenchman, while AC Milan are also in the hunt to secure his services.

Mangala insists he is pleased to stay at Porto, but revealed he would be open to a move to the Premier League in the future.

"I have a contract here till June 2016, however all players want to play one day in the top league in Europe," Mangala told Sky Sports. "I am no different to that.

"To be linked with clubs of the stature of Tottenham or Manchester United is the best feeling. I want to finish the season strongly and see at the end of the season if the reports are true."
