Manchester City will face either Manchester United or Chelsea in the semi-finals of the FA Cup, after the draw was made on Sunday evening.

City await the winners of the quarter-final replay at Stamford Bridge, after the Blues came back from 2-0 down to claim a draw at Old Trafford.

In the other semi-final, Premier League strugglers Wigan Athletic will face the winners of a replay between Millwall and Blackburn Rovers - after the two Championship sides were also involved in a draw on Sunday.

Chelsea boss Rafa Benitez refused to look ahead to the potential Wembley date with City, after being informed of the draw.

"We have to think about the first game [the replay], and after we will think about City," Benitez told ITV. "It will be a tough game, because United are a great side."

Both semi-finals take place at Wembley and are scheduled to be played on April 13 and 14.

The draw means a Manchester derby in the final is no longer a possibility and will leave Wigan, in the last four of the competition for the first time in their history, fancying their chances of getting through to the final against Championship opposition.
