Fiorentina and Montenegro attacker Stevan Jovetic would welcome a move to the Premier League, labelling it "the strongest league in the world."

Jovetic, 23, has long been linked with a move away from Serie A, where he has played since 2008, with both Manchester City and Arsenal believed to be among the clubs he would interest.

"It sure is nice when you are interesting big clubs like Arsenal and Manchester City," he told the Daily Star. "It feels good because the English game currently has probably the strongest league in the world.

"I'm very comfortable in Italy but the Premier League is at the top of the football world - and perhaps the best. We will see what happens in the future."

Jovetic is already a superstar in his native Montengero, and insists he loves playing for his country. He could have a chance to experience the rigours of English football first-hand on Tuesday night when he will line up for Montenegro in a World Cup qualifier against England.

And Jovetic claims the chance to show his worth against some of football's top names will motivate him to raise his game.

"There is no pressure on me," he said. "On the contrary, I love these big games and they motivate me all the more to do well. I don't believe it will affect my game in a bad way at all."
