Arsenal are running the risk of losing star midfielder Jack Wilshere according to former Gunner Perry Groves.

Wilshere has only just returned to first-team action after an ankle injury, starting and playing an hour of Saturday's 3-1 victory over Norwich.

But the joy of welcoming back the England international has been tempered by former league winner Groves' admission that Arsene Wenger could lose the 21-year-old if the club do not end their silverware drought next season.

The North London club have not won a title since claiming the 2005 FA Cup.

"Arsenal have probably got another season of Jack Wilshere," Groves told the Daily Star. "If they don't win anything Jack might think about moving on."

The victory over Norwich moved Arsenal up to third spot in the Premier League and gave the club hope of playing Champions League football next season.

However, Chelsea, fourth on the ladder, have a game in hand on their London rivals.
