Franck Ribery says he is concentrating on winning the Champions League before finalising his future with Bayern Munich.

But the France international, 30, intends to prolong his stay at the club and could announce a new deal after the German Cup final against Stuttgart on June 1.

"This title is very important for me. I have been waiting for it a long time and I am hoping it finally works out on Saturday," Ribery said.

"If that happens I will be a real Bavarian. I first have to win the Champions League. We'll see what happens then."

Ribery will play his second Champions League final for the club on Saturday at Wembley after missing the 2010 defeat to Inter Milan through suspension. He was substituted in extra-time of the 2012 defeat to Chelsea after a sub-par performance.

Former Chelsea star Arjen Robben will play his third and is confident of finally winning the competition after previous disappointments.

He said: "We have built up a lot of confidence this year. We are aware of what we are capable of."

The Netherlands international missed a penalty during extra-time in last year's final, but will not shy away from taking another one, if the opportunity was to arise, saying: "What has to be done, has to be done."
