Cesc Fabregas has refused to be drawn on links with Arsenal and Manchester United, with the midfielder insisting he is happy at Barcelona.

Showdown talks are expected between Fabregas and Barca coach Tito Vilanova, following a season that saw the Spain international restricted to a bit-part role with the Spanish champions.

Arsenal have first refusal if the player decides to leave Barca, while United also hold an interest in Fabregas.

The Spain international was quizzed on his future during an interview on local radio, but gave nothing away.

"There is nothing to say," Fabregas said in response to questions about a move. "I'm very happy at Barca, and I want to stay for many more years to come."

Fabregas joined Barcelona in 2011 and has three years remaining on his contract.
