Partick Thistle's return to the top flight will be marked by them welcoming Dundee United, managed by former Partick player and manager Jackie McNamara.

Hearts will travel to St Johnstone to begin a campaign in which they will have a 15-point deduction after entering administration, while last term's second-placed side Motherwell will visit Easter Road for a match against Hibernian on Sunday.
