Tottenham target Bernard hints at Porto interest

Reported Tottenham Hotspur target Bernard has hinted at his interest in signing for Primeira Liga champions Porto.

Bernard, 20, currently plies his trade at Atletico Mineiro but has been linked with a summer move away from his native Brazil.

The midfielder's agent recently linked him with Tottenham but it appears Porto lead the race to secure his signature.

Bernard is quoted by the Times as saying: "When I hear of FC Porto, the first name that comes to mind is Hulk, who triumphed in this club.

"We focus here on the national team but he often talks to me about this wonderful club. He told me to take my time, but this club is all made to feel at ease."
