Lyon expect Arsenal target Grenier to sign new deal

Lyon are confident of keeping Arsenal target Clement Grenier beyond the summer, believing the midfielder will sign a new deal with the club.
Grenier, 22, is believed to be on Arsenal's radar, with Arsene Wenger reported to be an admirer of the recently-capped France international.
Lyon recently had to sell highly-routed young centre-back Anthony Martial to rivals AS Monaco for €5 million in order to ensure they would post a profit in their latest financial results, but chairman Jean-Michel Aulas is confident Grenier will not also depart the club.
Grenier has a year remaining on his current deal with OL, but Aulas is optimistic a new deal will be agreed.
"Grenier will be here next year," Aulas said, according to L'Equipe. "We're looking at a one-year extension, perhaps more."
