Liverpool target Cissokho 'happy' at Valencia
Reported Liverpool target Aly Cissokho is happy at Valencia despite having "possibilities" to leave the cash-stricken La Liga club.
Cissokho, 25, signed a four-year contract at La Mestalla only last summer after completing a move from Lyon, but with Valencia aiming to reduce their debts, they could be tempted to sell.
Liverpool have been frequently linked with the France international as have a number of Russian Premier League clubs.
But the former Porto full-back has no plans to move as he seeks to impress new Valencia coach Miroslav Djukic, who last month took over from Ernesto Valverde, himself a replacement for Mauricio Pellegrino in December.
Cissokho said: "Every player at the club is subject to speculation given the financial situation. I've had possibilities, that's true, but I'm happy here. I played a lot under Pellegrino, a little less under Valverde, but I played in big games in both the Champions League and La Liga."
