Queens Park Rangers have continued to clear the books with midfielder Park Ji-Sung joining former club PSV Eindhoven on a season-long loan.

The Championship outfit will still have to pay Park £290,000 in wages, however, with PSV having a salary cap of £860,000 per player.

Park, 32, is the latest high-profile exit at QPR, who were relegated from the Premier League last season.

Loic Remy and Adel Taarabt have joined Newcastle and Fulham respectively on loan this week, while Chris Samba returned to Anzhi Makhachkala for £12.5 million last month.

Park, who made 25 appearances in all competitions last season, will continue to train with QPR with the deal subject to him obtaining a work permit.

He left PSV for Manchester United in 2005 having won two Eredivisie titles in two seasons in the Netherlands. Park spent seven seasons at Old Trafford, claiming four Premier League titles and a Champions League winner's medal in 2008.
