Arsenal, Celtic handed tough Champions League groups
Arsenal and Celtic have been handed tough groups for this season's Champions League, with Manchester City set to face current holders Bayern Munich and Chelsea and Manchester United enjoying kinder draws.
Arsenal will face last season's finalists Borussia Dortmund, and have tricky ties against Marseille and former Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez's Napoli to contend with.
Celtic came through qualifying in dramatic circumstances on Wednesday night, and their reward for making the group phase are clashes with Barcelona, AC Milan and Ajax - who have 15 competition wins between them.
City have Pep Guardiola's Bayern, CSKA Moscow and Viktoria Plzen and avoided a group of death.
David Moyes' United will face Shakhtar Donetsk, Bayer Leverkusen and Real Sociedad, while 2012 Champions League winners Chelsea have FC Basel and Steaua Bucarest - two of the teams they defeated en route to lifting the Europa League last season - and Schalke.
