Januzaj can be United star - Jones
Phil Jones believes Adnan Januzaj will become a star for Manchester United and said he expects "great things" from the teenager.
Januzaj, 18, signed a five-year contract at Old Trafford on Saturday morning before playing in the 1-1 draw with Southampton, where he helped create Robin van Persie's goal.
After making his debut for United in August's Community Shield, Januzaj's first start only came earlier this month, when he scored twice to clinch a 2-1 win over Sunderland.
But defender Jones has seen enough of his ability and attitude to be convinced he has a bright future.
Jones told United's official website: "He's a terrific talent and it's an old cliché but as long as he keeps his head down, he can do great things for the club.
"There's massive pressure on him and he's only a young kid but it's testament to him that he's come in and done a great job.
"He threaded a brilliant ball for our goal. He was sharp, he has nimble feet and he'll do great things for this club if he keeps working hard.
"He goes about his business quietly and if he keeps producing performances like that, he'll be a real star."
