Norwich and Cardiff charged over Fer fracas
Norwich and Cardiff City have been charged by the Football Association for failing to control their players.
An incident occurred during stoppage time of the sides' goalless Premier League draw on Saturday after Norwich midfielder Leroy Fer had a goal disallowed by referee Mike Jones.
Fer failed to return the ball to Cardiff goalkeeper David Marshall after it had been put out of play to allow an injured Norwich player to receive treatment, instead shooting into an empty net, resulting in a melee with players.
Both clubs have until 6pm on November 4 to respond to the charge.
