Moyes ready to offer Zaha for Baines

David Moyes has decided he has seen enough of Wilfried Zaha and is ready to offer the winger to Everton in another bid to tempt his former club into allowing Leighton Baines to join him at Old Trafford.

Zaha, who cost £15 million from Crystal Palace and was Sir Alex Ferguson's final signing as Manchester United manager, has made just two competitive appearances for the club since Moyes took over.

But, according to The Sun, the Scot is ready to offer Zaha plus £7m for Baines.

Moyes made two bids for the England left-back in the summer, but Everton remained firm and Moyes was forced to settle with just signing Marouane Fellaini in a disappointing summer in the transfer market.

Zaha, 20, won his second England cap against Scotland in August and will need to be playing regularly if he is to have any chance of making Roy Hodgson's squad for the World Cup.

Everton were already interested in taking Zaha on loan and the newspaper say this offer could finally persuade them to let Baines go.

Meanwhile, Porto are keen on taking United midfielder Anderson on loan in January.

The 25-year-old Brazilian has not played for his country since 2008 but is reportedly desperate to make the squad for the World Cup in his homeland.

Anderson, who cost United £18m six years ago, is reportedly available for around half that.
