Szczesny: Too early to talk about the title
Wojciech Szczesny insists it is too early to talk about Arsenal winning the Premier League title, but is confident his side can top the table come the end of the season if they continue with their current form.
Arsenal collected a 3-0 win in Cardiff on Saturday thanks to Aaron Ramsey's double, and with the Welshman continuing his fine goalscoring form going this season, the Gunners remain four points clear at the top heading into the busy Christmas schedule.
But Szczesny has refused to speak about triumphing in the Premier League, saying: "I don't want to talk about the title challenge. I want to talk about the game on Wednesday. If we get three points against Hull City, then we'll be in a very comfortable position for you guys to talk about the title challenge."
The Poland international however added that Arsenal can maintain this run for the campaign, and win their first Premier League title since the unbeaten 'Invincibles' season of 2003-04.
"We're in a position that we'd like to be in for as long as possible. It really doesn't matter where we are now, it matters where we are in May. If we carry on like we are now, then I'm certain we'll be top in May," the goalkeeper added.
