Agger out with illness for Liverpool, Chelsea & City strong line-ups

Daniel Agger will be missing for Liverpool in their tie against West Ham due to illness.

The Dane is the only player absent from the side that thumped Norwich 5-1 in midweek, meaning four-goal hero Luis Suarez starts up front.
