Agger preferred to Suarez for Liverpool captaincy, Eto'o starts for Chelsea
Vice-captain Daniel Agger has been selected as Liverpool's skipper ahead of Luis Suarez for the clash against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Suarez wore the captain's armband for the past three games, but after Brendan Rodgers' side were beaten by Manchester City on Boxing Day, Agger returns to the side as captain, although Suarez was named skipper in the dominant wins over Tottenham and Cardiff.
Meanwhile, Samuel Eto'o starts for Chelsea ahead of Fernando Torres, with captain John Terry making his 600th appearance for the club.
