Mourinho: I don't want to sell Mata

David Luiz has been linked with a move away from Chelsea, but interested clubs such as Bayern Munich and Barcelona would have to pay up to £35 million for the defender.

Luiz has been in and out of the Chelsea side this season since the return of Jose Mourinho to Stamford Bridge, and sat out the 3-0 win against Southampton on New Year's Day due to suspension.

And according to the Daily Mail, Luiz has an asking price of £35m if Chelsea decide to sell him.

Luiz, who joined Chelsea in January 2011, has been a regular for the side over the past couple of seasons, but after Mourinho restored club captain John Terry to the first team, he has been the player alongside Gary Cahill in defence, with Luiz on more than one occasion being used in midfield.

Barcelona have made an enquiry before for Luiz, and in September he revealed that he turned down an opportunity to join the reigning La Liga champions.
