Pellegrini keeps attacking duo for Newcastle clash
Manuel Pellegrini has opted to keep in-form strike pair Alvaro Negredo and Edin Dzeko in the starting XI for Manchester City's trip to Newcastle.
Negredo scored a hat-trick on his last outing in the recent League Cup semi-final mauling of West Ham, in which Dzeko twice got his name on the scoresheet.
City are still without the injured Sergio Aguero, Stevan Jovetic and Jack Rodwell while Newcastle defensive pair Fabricio Coloccini (knee) and Mathieu Debuchy (banned) both sit out.
Papiss Cisse, whose future at St James' Park is uncertain following reports of a move to Qatar, is named on the bench by Magpies boss Alan Pardew.
