Terry misses first minutes of the season

John Terry sits out of Chelsea's match with Newcastle United at Stamford Bridge - and as a result will miss his first minutes of the Premier League this season.

The Chelsea captain is reported to have picked up a knock in training.

With Fernando Torres injured, Jose Mourinho has asked Samuel Eto'o to lead the Blues' line, supported by Oscar and Eden Hazard.

Luuk de Jong starts his first game for the Magpies after signing on loan from Borussia Mönchengladbach.
