Would Balotelli be a good signing for Arsenal?

Mario Balotelli has refused to rule out a return to the Premier League, despite vowing he wouldn't play for any other club in England than Manchester City.

Arsenal have recently been linked with a move for Balotelli, who left the Etihad Stadium for AC Milan in January 2013.

"The Manchester City fans were fantastic with me and when I left, I said that I'd never be able to see myself in England with another shirt than City's," Balotelli told the Soccer Italia magazine. "But in football, nothing's impossible."

Balotelli came under criticism several times for his conduct on and off the pitch during his two and a half seasons in England, where he picked up four red cards.

He was also sent off after the final whistle against Napoli earlier in the current Serie A campaign for arguing with the referee, for which he received a three-match ban.

The striker has picked up 11 yellow cards with Milan this season, but claims he has cleaned up his act.

"I made mistakes in the past and I have no problem admitting it," Balotelli said.

"I've matured a lot in the past two years and I don't think my conduct's a problem anymore."
