Eto'o on the bench as Mourinho gives Torres the nod
Samuel Eto'o does not start for Chelsea in their Champions League last 16 tie with Galatasaray following Jose Mourinho's recent suggestion that his team lack a striker, but Fernando Torres leads the line in Istanbul.

Eto'o reacted angrily over his manager's comments - in which Mourinho also joked about not knowing Eto'o's age - and spoke to Cameroon coach Claude Le Roy over the situation. He has to settle for a place on the bench, as does Oscar.
Unsurprisingly, Didier Drogba has been picked to start against his former club by Galatasarary boss Roberto Mancini. Wesley Sneijder - who Chelsea have often been linked with - plays, as does Emmanuel Eboue.
