Paris Saint-Germain are set to test Chelsea's resolve with a £41.5 million bid for Oscar, according to the Sunday Telegraph.

Oscar has starred for Chelsea this season as boss Jose Mourinho continues to build his team around him and Eden Hazard, but it is thought a number of top European clubs are interested in the attacker.

The newspaper reports Paris Saint-Germain are keen to land Oscar and it is understood the French champions have sent scouts to monitor the 22-year-old closely.

Oscar currently has three years left on his Chelsea contract, having moved from Internacional in 2012 for a fee of £25 million, but PSG will decide before the end of the current season whether to make an official bid for him.

Mourinho has shown his intention to keep Oscar - having opted to sell fellow playmaker Juan Mata to Manchester United for £37.1 million in January - although recently admitted the midfielder had struggled physically due to England's "difficult weather."

Both Barcelona and Monaco could challenge PSG to land Oscar's signature, with the Spanish giants also thought to be targeting David Luiz as a possible replacement for the outgoing Carlos Puyol.
