The claims became widely circulated, adding to the problems already being felt at Old Trafford, but a club spokesman rejected them.
"Ryan is absolutely fuming over suggestions of a falling-out with the manager," he said, before adding that the claims were "total and utter rubbish".
The magazine, which was sold outside Old Trafford ahead of United's 3-0 defeat to arch-rivals Liverpool on Sunday, claimed Giggs had not attended a recent coaching meeting, saying it was "pointless, as Moyes doesn't listen".
It also said Giggs stormed out of a training session last week in frustration. The magazine quotes Giggs as saying: "Two hours of defensive practice? This is Manchester United for f*** sake."
Giggs, who has played 960 times for United, was taken on by Moyes as part of his coaching staff when he succeeded Sir Alex Ferguson in the summer.
