The FA have announced plans to pay tribute to the victims of the Hillsborough disaster by delaying kick-off times on the 25th anniversary of the tragedy.

Fixtures across the FA Cup, Premier League, Football League and Conference between April 11-14 will begin seven minutes later than their scheduled start times as a mark of respect to the 96 Liverpool supporters who lost their lives at the 1989 FA Cup semi-final.

Liverpool's match against Nottingham Forest on April 15 that year was halted after six minutes due to the tragedy unfolding at Sheffield Wednesday's Hillsborough Stadium.

The semi-finals of this season's FA Cup will take place at Wembley on the anniversary weekend. Arsenal will now kick-off against Wigan at 5:07pm on April 12, while Hull will kick-off against Sheffield United at 4:07pm the next day.

A minute's silence will also be observed before kick-off at all grounds.
