Fulham re-sign Mahamadou Diarra
Fulham have re-signed Mahamadou Diarra on a short-term deal that will run until the end of the current season.
Diarra, 32, was one of 12 players released by the club at the end of the 2012-13 season as then manager Martin Jol reshaped his squad.
The former Real Madrid player's season had been cut short by a knee injury, but Fulham say he has "worked relentlessly to regain full fitness".
Fulham, who are currently bottom of the Premier League, have also confirmed that Diarra will be paid depending on how many appearances he makes for Felix Magath's side between now and the end of the season.
Fulham are four points from safety with seven games of the season left, but only three of their remaining opponents are in the top nine.
