Sturridge ruled out for Liverpool's trip to Norwich
Daniel Sturridge misses out on Liverpool's Premier League trip to Norwich on Sunday after the striker failed to recover from a hamstring injury.
Sturridge limped off in Liverpool's key victory against title rivals Manchester City last weekend and, with manager Brendan Rodgers admitting the 24-year-old was a doubt, will not feature in the match at Carrow Road.
Steven Gerrard continues his quest for a first Premier League winners' medal, while Jordan Henderson has still travelled with the squad despite this being the first of his three-game suspension.
The impressive Raheem Sterling and Philippe Coutinho will aid Luis Suarez in attack. Suarez has scored 11 goals in four games against Norwich - including two hat-tricks on his last two visits to Norfolk.
