John Terry and Eden Hazard return from injury to start for Chelsea in their Champions League semi-final second leg against Atletico Madrid at Stamford Bridge, with Samuel Eto'o on the bench.

Jose Mourinho, who rested several of his star players for Chelsea's 2-0 win at Liverpool on Sunday, had claimed that Terry would miss most of the rest of the season after suffering an ankle injury in the first leg, which ended 0-0 at the Vicente Calderon last week.

Terry trained this week, though, along with PFA Young Player of the Year Eden Hazard, who has not played since the second leg of the quarter-final against Paris Saint-Germain on April 8, when he sustained a calf injury.

However Petr Cech, who also trained this week having come off with a shoulder injury in Madrid, is not fit enough to even make the bench with Mark Schwarzer continuing in goal. Schwarzer becomes the oldest player to ever start a Champions League knockout tie at the age of 41.

Fernando Torres starts up front, with Samuel Eto'o, having been out for 10 days with a knee injury since scoring in the 2-1 home defeat to Sunderland on April 19, among the substitutes.

Ashley Cole also retains his place at left-back, with Cesar Azpilicueta playing in front of him in a wide midfield role.

For La Liga leaders Atletico, David Villa takes his place on the bench as he did for the first leg.
