Accrington mock B team proposal
While the FA's announcement of their plans to introduce Premier League B teams to the Football League attracted a fair share of criticism, one existing club offered a mocking response.
Accrington Stanley, who finished 15th in League Two this season, took to the official Twitter account to reply to Greg Dyke's report - and made their own suggestion.
In 2016/17 we can achieve our dream... We'll finally be able to play Stoke City Reserves in the Football League...

To increase the number of English players in the top flight we're going to launch a B team & apply to join the Premier League

However, the club later confirmed the tweets were just a joke.
