Paris Saint-Germain manager Laurent Blanc admits Chelsea duo Oscar and David Luiz have been identified by the Ligue 1 champions as targets for the summer.

Luiz has been linked with a move away from Chelsea, with the likes of Barcelona and Bayern Munich monitoring the Brazilian. Rumours of Oscar departing the club have also been circulating with the midfielder out of the team in recent weeks.

Blanc, who signed a new contract to remain at PSG until 2016 last Thursday, says the French side are looking to add Oscar and Luiz to their squad for next season, despite having Financial Fair Play restrictions.

"[Despite FFP] we have the opportunity to prepare a good team," Blanc told Telefoot. "You have to target the needs and the positions. Oscar and David Luiz are very good players. They will interest PSG."

Luiz has previously revealed he would like to play alongside Brazilian team-mates and PSG captain Thiago Silva.

Chelsea knocked PSG out of the Champions League in the quarter-finals after coming from 3-1 down in the first leg to win 2-0 at Stamford Bridge.

Blanc also revealed a deal to stay at the club was in place before the loss to Chelsea, saying: "Frankly, the agreement I had with Paris was in place before Champions League elimination against Chelsea. I felt mutual trust all season long. Results were important just as much as the way we played - it's important for the club officials.

"Maybe it might not look like it to you but I am very happy to have signed a new deal at Paris."
