Capello confirms Ledley King is fit to face Germany

Fabio Capello says Ledley King will be available to face Germany on Sunday after he returned to training.
There were fears King, who was replaced at half time of England's opening game against USA with a groin injury, would not be available until the semi-finals, and he did not do any contact work when he trained on Friday morning.
However, Capello insists he remains an option, along with Aaron Lennon, Michael Carrick and Wayne Rooney, who all took part in the session after ankle knocks.
"All the players trained," he told Match of the Day. "Everyone is fit to play. It is a good feeling because if they trained they are fit to play.
"I have more options, so I have to choose. Also it is possible to change some things during the game. When you can choose 23 players it is better for me."
Matthew Upson appears likely to keep his place after an impressive showing against Slovenia, but Jamie Carragher is also a contender after returning from suspension.
