Germany striker Cacau ruled out of England clash

Germany's injury woes have intensified after Cacau became the latest player to be ruled out of the World Cup second-round clash with England on Sunday.
The Stuttgart striker, who started the 1-0 victory against Ghana, will miss the Bloemfontein contest after pulling a stomach muscle in training.
There are also doubts over the fitness of key duo Bastian Schweinsteiger and Jerome Boateng, who will both face fitness tests on Saturday.
