What should be expected from Belgium?

Romelu Lukaku says the time is right for Thibaut Courtois to star for Chelsea.

Courtois has spent three seasons on-loan at Atletico Madrid, where he has largely impressed. His form last campaign helped Atletico secure a first La Liga title in 18 years as Diego Simeone's side pipped Barcelona and fierce rivals Real Madrid to be crowned champions of Spain.

When asked about the future of his Chelsea team-mate, Lukaku said: "I don't know, I only read about it. You'll have to ask him. I think it's time. He's played at a very high level in Spain for three years. It's time to see him in England."

Lukaku's wishes may come true after Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho reportedly told Spanish newspaper Marca that Courtois would return to Stamford Bridge for the new season.

However, speaking last month, Courtois had said he did not necessarily believe that returning to London would be the best step for him, with Petr Cech Chelsea's No.1.

Should he choose to stay, Courtois could be joined by a few familiar faces with Mourinho remaining very confident he will sign striker Diego Costa from Atletico to add to the club's recent £27 million capture of Cesc Fabregas from Barcelona.

Costa has long been linked with a summer move to west London, while Mourinho is also keen on Atletico duo Filipe Luis and Tiago to bolster his squad.
