Arsenal eye Colombia goalkeeper Ospina
Khedira to Arsenal 'imminent'
- Arsenal look set to sign Sami Khedira from Real Madrid with Spanish newspapers reporting a £23 million deal has been agreed.
- Khedira has just one year left on his current contract and Sport say talks with Real have broken down, paving the way for him to sign a four-year deal at Arsenal.
Arsenal are set to bid for Colombia goalkeeper David Ospina as Arsene Wenger goes about further bolstering his squad ahead of next season.
Wenger has already purchased £30 million Alexis Sanchez from Barcelona and is now looking to add another goalkeeper this summer following the departure of Lukasz Fabianski.
Arsenal made an enquiry for Cardiff's David Marshall but, according to the Daily Telegraph, Wenger baulked at the Championship club's £10 million asking price.
Ospina impressed for Colombia during the World Cup and provides much better value as he is believed to be available from Nice for just £3m.
Right-backs Mathieu Debuchy and Javi Manquillo, of Newcastle and Atletico Madrid, are expected to join Arsenal this week with Carl Jenkinson facing a potential loan move.
