'Man utd LOL' - Balotelli revels in 5-3 defeat

Mario Balotelli revelled in Manchester United's shock 5-3 defeat at Leicester with a mocking tweet on Sunday.

United, after leading 3-1, fell apart as newly promoted Leicester staged a stunning comeback to triumph at the King Power Stadium.

Balotelli, whose Liverpool side lost 3-1 at West Ham on Saturday, indicated he was rather enjoying his club's rivals suffer a second league defeat of the season.

The striker, who is yet to score in the Premier League for Liverpool, wrote "Man utd ... LOL" after Leonardo Ulloa had scored his side's fifth, striking home Leicester's second penalty of the afternoon with Tyler Blackett sent off for hauling down Jamie Vardy.

A number of responses, many of which appeared later to be deleted, contained racist comments and personal abuse towards Balotelli.

Liverpool remain a point above United despite suffering their third defeat of the season at Upton Park.

Louis van Gaal has also endured a worse start at United than former manager David Moyes, with the Dutchman on five points after five games compared to seven points for his predecessor.
