Shaw left out of England squad

Luke Shaw has been left out of Roy Hodgson's England squad with the Manchester United left-back dropping down to the Under-21s.
Shaw, 19, who was preferred to Ashley Cole for a place in England's World Cup squad, is in Gareth Southgate's group for their two-legged European Under-21 Championship play-off against Croatia.
The first leg will be played at Wolves' Molineux ground on October 10 with the return in Vinkovci four days later.
Shaw, who is the most expensive teenager in world football, suffered a hamstring injury in the summer and has only made one competitive appearance for United since completing his £27 million move from Southampton.
Arsenal defender Calum Chambers, who made his full England debut against Norway in September, also drops down to the under-21 squad to give them a greater chance of qualifying for next summer's European Championships.
In-form West Brom striker Saido Berahino, who has scored four Premier League goals already this season, is also selected by Southgate, meaning he will have to wait a little longer for his full international debut.
England are without the injured trio of striker Danny Ings and midfielders Nathaniel Chalobah and James Ward-Prowse so there is a first call-up for Chelsea's Lewis Baker and a recall for his Blues teammate Patrick Bamford, who is currently on loan at Middlesbrough.
