Wenger stands by frustrated Podolski

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has said Lukas Podolski remains part of his plans despite the forward admitting he is considering his future with the club.
Podolski has started just one match for Arsenal this season after returning from Brazil a World Cup-winner with Germany - a League Cup defeat to Southampton.

The 29-year-old has expressed his frustration at remaining among the Arsenal substitutes despite first-choice striker Olivier Giroud's absence through injury, saying last week: "I don't like it on the bench. I am not someone who sits out his contract."
However, Wenger remains sure the forward he signed from Cologne in 2012 still has a part to play at the Emirates Stadium.
"It is quite simple, there is no transfer market at the moment," Wenger said. "When there is no transfer market, you are all on board - or not on board. It is like that.
"This is a job where you can only be successful if you're fully committed. You cannot be half in and half out, so all this transfer speculation is not considered at all. We are all on board to get results, and Podolski will be part of that."
