Giroud: My mind is my own worst enemy

Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud has revealed he sometimes struggles for confidence but is learning to battle his demons in order to become a better player.
Giroud, who produced an outstanding performance as he struck twice to defeat Middlesbrough in the FA Cup fifth round last weekend, told the London Evening Standard that his own head is his "worst enemy".
The striker said: "To improve as a player was my target when I signed for Arsenal.
"I always wanted to improve myself and give everything for the team, for the fans and the club. I love this shirt and I want to achieve big things with this team.
"I try to give my best every game. Sometimes it goes easy, sometimes I struggle a bit more, but it is always a determination. I try to keep it high in my head, because it is my worst enemy.
"The boss told me that before, and sometimes I need to push myself a bit out of my comfort zone."
Giroud was praised by manager Arsene Wenger, who said he believed he had matured into a far better all-round player since arriving in north London.
