Vidic agent quashes Manchester United return rumours
Nemanja Vidic will stay and fight for his place at Inter Milan despite some disastrous performances since arriving from Manchester United in the summer.
Vidic, 33, was sent off on his debut in Italy and conceded two penalties in his opening four matches. His form has been shaky since, and there was speculation that Vidic could even return to Old Trafford in the summer.

But that has been dismissed by agent Silvano Martina, who told Gazzetta TV that Vidic, who has two years remaining on his contract, had never regretted his decision to move to Italy.
"He's staying at Inter next season too," Martina said. "He made a very well-pondered decision when he decided to join the Nerazzurri's project even when Manchester United wanted to extend his contract.
"Nemanja's a great professional, and he has no problems with anybody."
Vidic has played in 16 of Inter's 28 Serie A games this season, missing one due to injury and one because of suspension.
There had been reports of a rift between the player and Inter coach Roberto Mancini after Vidic was left out of recent games against Napoli and Cesena, but Martina dismissed them as "lies."
Vidic returned to the starting XI in a 1-0 defeat to Sampdoria on Sunday and earned praise from his boss.
"I think we played a great game and I don't think we committed any mistakes in defence," Mancini told his postmatch news conference.
"I think we'll carry on with Vidic and [Andrea] Ranocchia."
